Shipping Methods & Times

We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped:

  • Express: 3–7 business days
  • Standard: 5–10 business days

No deliveries on weekends or holidays.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are confirmed by email once placed, and tracking details are sent after shipping. High-volume periods may add short delays.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may ship in separate packages from different warehouses. Each will have its own tracking number.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply — these are the buyer's responsibility.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, weather, or carrier issues may cause delays beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping info. Fanish isn't responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

Tracking Issues

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors or your local post office. If still missing, contact support@fanish.ca within 7 business days.

Package Protection

We offer Route Package Protection at checkout for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims must be filed within 15 days.

Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned due to wrong addresses, refusal, or unclaimed customs will require re-shipping fees.
