Return Policy

We make returns simple — you have 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn (other than trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns that show wear, damage, or missing packaging may be declined.

Return Shipping

We currently don't offer prepaid return labels. Return shipping typically costs around $10, depending on your country.

Once your return is approved, we'll send full return instructions — and as a thank-you, you'll get a discount code for your next order.

To start a return

Email us at support@fanish.ca with your order number.

Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@fanish.ca so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

If you're unsure about an item, reach out before returning it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return the original item, and once processed, we'll ship the new one right away.

EU Customers

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
