Exchanges & Returns

  • You have 60 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn (other than trying on), unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Returns showing wear or damage may be declined.
  • Email support@fanish.ca with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we'll send full instructions.
  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges are shipped once your return is completed.
  • We don't currently offer prepaid labels.
  • Return shipping costs are about $10, depending on location.
  • After your return is processed, you'll receive a discount code for your next order as appreciation.

Yes. Contact support@fanish.ca immediately with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.

Shipping

Orders ship after 1–3 business days of processing.

  • Express: 3–7 business days
  • Standard: 5–10 business days

(No weekend or holiday delivery.)

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs fees or duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
